There are 3 system configurations for an EEG-1042 amplifier system.
-
One EEG-1042 amplifier. The BRAINBOX® device is connected to the BRAINNET connection on the ETHERNET-102 interface. The optional FLASH-201 stimulator can be plugged in into the remaining BRAINNET connector on the ETHERNET-102 (V2) or on the BRAINNET connector of the EEG-1042 amplifier.
-
Two EEG-1042 amplifiers. The first EEG-1042 amplifier is connected to on of the two BRAINNET connections on the ETHERNET-102 (V2) interface. The second EEG-1042 amplifier is connected to the BRAINNET connector of the first EEG-1042 amplifier. The optional FLASH-201 stimulator can be plugged in into the remaining BRAINNET connector on the ETHERNET-102 (V2) or to the BRAINNET connector of the second EEG-1042 amplifier.
- Two EEG-1042 amplifiers in a special configuration for monitoring two patients. The two BRAINBOX® devices are connect to the BRAINNET connections on the ETHERNET-102 interface. The FLASH-201 stimulator can be plugged in into the remaining BRAINNET connector of one of the two EEG-1042 amplifiers.
The numbers 27BA and 8BA are the used cables.
The second used EEG-1042 amplifier needs to be programmed with the right Brainbus address. Programming of this device needs to be done during the production fase. It is not possible to do that in the field. Ask BRAINTRONICS for the right programming of the second EEG-1042 amplifier.
Only one FLASH-201 can be used at the same time. The dashed lines in the diagram below indicate the two possible connections.
